Paulista Moving Incorporated was started with a simple goal in mind: a genuine family approach to a life changing day in many people’s lives – Moving Day. In 2006, owner and CEO found that the market was demanding a personal approach to a service that while infrequently used, required utmost strategy, care, and attention. The company began with a focus on gaining the trust of each client so they understand that Paulista Moving will take care of their belongings as if they were their own. As a family owned and operated business, they understood that it’s the small details and personal connections that would make them stand out in an industry filled with big name box truck movers. They focused on satisfying the individual, through which personal references and brand recognition would thrive leading to company prosperity.
Paulista’s company owner also understood the importance of affordability for families in a period of their life filled with so much expense and debt. The burden of paying for movers shouldn’t be an additional stressor to what usually is an exciting time for most families making their next big life move. That’s why he focused on strategizing on expenses and efficiency to keep costs as low as possible, which is a savings that will be passed on to our clients.
